SGVPL is seeking a senior leader from the Tours & Travel industry to head and scale our travel vertical. This is a revenue-sharing role with complete P&L ownership, ideal for an entrepreneurial professional who wants high growth and performance-linked rewards.

Key Highlights

  • Lead & own the Tours & Travel business (P&L responsibility)

  • Drive revenue across B2B, B2C, corporate travel & holiday packages

  • Build scalable sales, operations & vendor networks

  • Manage teams and channel partners

  • Focus on profitability, service quality & repeat business

 

Ideal Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in Tours & Travel (mandatory)

  • Senior leadership experience managing large teams

  • Strong business growth & operations background

  • Comfortable with a no fixed salary, revenue-sharing model

  • Self-driven, remote & flexible working style

Compensation

  • Revenue / Profit Sharing

  • No fixed salary

  • High performance-based upside
