- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Delays caused by the client, including lack of information, approvals, or required documentation.
- Change of mind after the service has been initiated.
- Any third-party expenses or government fees already incurred on behalf of the client.

- Include your invoice number, payment proof, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method.
